"I tried the brisket and ribeye pho from here and I’m genuinely impressed, everything about the bowl hit the mark. The meat was cooked to perfection, it melts in your mouth. The ribeye had just the right amount of marbling and the brisket was rich without being fatty.
The broth itself was hearty and aromatic, with a depth of flavor. It’s super generous too! One bowl could easily serve two people. I also loved the fresh toppings- the bean sprouts were perfectly crunchy, and the sliced onions added a sweet sharpness that brought everything together. The noodles were soft.
The eggrolls were crunchy on the outside and packed with a flavorful filling of pork, cabbage, mushrooms, and carrots. Every bite had the right balance of savory and sweetness.
