"The Pad Thai was extremely disappointing. There were barely any noodles — it was mostly vegetables — and the flavor was very poor. It didn’t taste fresh or well-prepared.
I also received the wrong item. I ordered one thing and was given Shrimp Shumai instead, which was not good at all.
The Spicy Salmon Roll Roll was bland and lacked flavor, even with soy sauce. The fish tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time and was not fresh. There was a noticeable smell that made it clear the fish had lost its freshness.
Also, there was some type of sauce that was leaking everywhere so thumbs down on the packaging as well.
I used to enjoy Cloud 9, but after this experience, I won’t be returning."

I was so pleased with my meal, I had to take pictures. I ate the Shrimp Tempura Roll first and it was delicious (even for a basic roll). The Sweet Tea could've been sweeter, but im from the South so NO tea is really sweet enough up here for me, but nothing a packet couldn't fix. I cant wait to order this again. "
