The noodles initially were stuck together since they were in a container but once the broth was added and I pulled at them some with my chopsticks, they came a part just fine. I recommend putting everything in a big bowl to mix instead of trying to do it in the small plastic container it comes in.
We also tried the A25. Vegetables Fried Dumplings (Xiu Mai Chien Chay). I wish it came with more of the garlicky sweet sauce because the sauce really made them top notch. The dumplings themselves were well stuffed, the filling lacked a little flavor but were good."
