"Be careful- if you want a Margherita pizza and order it on Door Dash, the aged mozzarella is the default cheese which looks just like a basic cheese. If you want the classic Margherita you have to specify fresh mozzarella and yes, that is an upcharge. But much tastier than the aged mozzarella."
