I spoke to the store owner and was sent 2 free small ice cream coupons that Don't even come close to the amount of money I have lost. This time was absolutely ridiculous!!! I paid $12.00 for my ice cream bowl to be LESS THAN 1/4 of the way filled. Honestly at this point due to my past complaint I feel Targeted... the other one in my order was BARELY half full. You all wouldn't give me this in person so to send it to my door is disrespectful honestly. The first time I gave you the benefit of the doubt that there were portion problems but now this is no coincidence!! It's sad! I mean look at the photos... The unfilled portion speaks for itself!"
