"Horrible pork chops. Hard, chewy, tough. Bad/cheap cuts of meat, all of them. Could not eat them, so my Husband and I split the chopped stead, which was exponentially better. All the sides were good. The soup spilled into the bag carrying it and made a hole. Dripped the whole way through the entry, living room, dining room and into the kitchen, so we had to wipe that up. Luckily that didn't drop. Might want to invest in better packaging like the larger chain places do. Overall a net negative for the high price that eating-out is in Lancaster County these days."

"Salad and wings were fine. Pizza is extremely overpriced for what you get - quality is only average. Toppings cost a lot and at least on my pizza, they were added sparingly and oddly mostly in the middle of the pizza, leaving the outer part bare. Also, I dont know what it is about pizza places in Lancaster, but none of them put enough pizza sauce on their pizza. Its weird. My search for a good pizza in this area continues. "

The Personal 10" Margherita Pizza was terrible the oil was seeping out of the box when I got it left side of the pizza was crunchy the right side was as if they hosed it down in the sink before putting it in the box. The Pizza is incredible, the sidewinder fries were awesome but they didn't forget to put the sour cream drizzle which was disappointing but still enjoyable, the bone in wings are amazing but they did charge me .75 cents for each dip and they forg to put the blue cheese in the bag and charged me for it then they didn't secure the lid on the ranch dressing and tossed it in the bag open with the celery so I ended up with no dip which was disappointing also but none the less all the food was fantastic and very generous portions. Easily a 5 star dinner if they just slowed down and took their time putting it together which they didn't so today you earned 4 stars. Will definitely order from them again and hope they improve at attention to detail. The Strombolis are phenomenal as well as the calzones! Overall very pleased and satisfied with the quality of food just a little disappointed with the carelessness putting the order together and forgetting items I paid for that contribute to the entirety of the experience with the order. Oh and I can't forget the Fettuccini Alfredo! It was also fantastic! "

"I put an order in for pickup. The pickup went pretty quickly and the staff were friendly. It had been a while since I had a meatball sub so I got the Zay's Meatball Sub. The meatballs were homemade and were pretty tender. The sub was tasty and hit the spot. Even though it came with chips I ordered French Fries on the side bc I was craving those too. They were good and crisp. I also ordered their Traditional coleslaw and a Coke. The Cole slaw was a little creamier than I prefer but I thought it was still good and refreshing.
If you haven't tried this spot yet def do so. The prices are pretty reasonable and you would be supporting a small business. They will be closing soon for a couple of weeks but it's to expand their menu so be on the lookout for more."
