If they just don't want to serve on doordash they don't have to but there's no reason to act resentful. The seasoning was poor and seemed like pre-prepared dollar store sauces. just a sad lack of flavor. couple that with the extremely dry chicken with exceptionally small pieces and you've got a recipe for "that was a waste of money" . "Chicken n' Dumplins were fantastic. I do feel the portion size was awfully small for $13 however. They were definitely short on the sides as well. Maybe the to go portions are smaller than dine in, or maybe Cracker Barrel has participated in shrinkflation, one of the two. I was also very disappointed to see they left out butter and jam for the biscuits, so luckily I had some on hand at home. "
"Shrinkflation- very small portion for the price. Very small servings. Corn was dried out and burned. Ham was less than a serving size. Green beans no longer taste "home cooked!" Tastes straight out of a can. Quality has declined. Tried agin hoping things might have gotten better but obviously not. Corporate needs to reevaluate their decisions."
