"it was amazing, the Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combo had a good amount of each ingredient. The chicken was well cooked and perfect amt of spicyness. The food was still hot when arrived. the Chocolate Chunk Cookie was delicious 😋"
"⭐ REPEATEDLY MISSING FOOD, WRONG ITEMS, WRONG SIZES & POOR FOOD QUALITY
I order from this location fairly often—sometimes 2–3 times a day when I’m out and need something quick—and unfortunately, my orders are almost NEVER correct. At this point, this has happened so consistently that I feel like I’m throwing away around $20 worth of food on orders that cost me roughly $50.
Here’s what I typically order and what repeatedly goes wrong:
🍔 Biggie Bundle – 2 Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers + Large Drink ($14)
My order: NO tomato, NO mayo, NO bacon.
What I receive: The burgers regularly arrive with EVERYTHING I specifically asked to have removed. Other times, I only receive ONE of the two burgers.
🥔 Potato Add-On
I PAY EXTRA to add the potato.
What happens: The potato frequently NEVER SHOWS UP.
🍗 10 PC. Crispy Chicken Nuggets ($7) + Honey Mustard
Sometimes the 10-piece nuggets NEVER SHOW UP AT ALL. Other times, instead of receiving the 10-piece I PAID FOR, I receive a 4-piece nugget in its place. Even when I actually receive the 10-piece, the honey mustard I specifically ordered is regularly missing.
I am paying approximately $7 for a 10-piece, not a 4-piece. A 4-piece is NOT a replacement for the 10-piece I paid for.
🥪 Asiago Chicken Sandwich – Approximately $10
For a sandwich that costs around $10, I expect it to at least arrive fresh and edible. Unfortunately, sometimes the Asiago Chicken Sandwich arrives completely soggy and practically inedible, like it has been sitting out for HOURS before being sent with my order.
Paying around $10 for a sandwich only to receive something so soggy that I don’t even want to eat it is incredibly frustrating—especially when other items from the same order are already missing.
🍔🍗🥤 $5 Biggie Bites/Biggie Bag – Upgraded to Large ($7.50)
I specifically PAY EXTRA to make this a large because I want the second LARGE drink.
What happens: I repeatedly receive a SMALL drink instead of the LARGE drink I paid for, and the 4-piece nuggets that are supposed to come with the Biggie Bag are frequently MISSING completely.
There have literally been orders where I’m missing the 4-piece nuggets from the Biggie Bag AND the separate 10-piece nuggets I paid for. Other times, a 4-piece shows up where my separate 10-piece should have been.
My orders repeatedly have some combination of these problems:
❌ 2 Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers — wrong toppings or one burger MISSING
❌ 10 PC. Crispy Chicken Nuggets — completely MISSING or replaced with only a 4-piece
❌ Honey Mustard — repeatedly MISSING
❌ 4 PC. Nuggets from the Biggie Bag — frequently MISSING
❌ Large Drink Upgrade — receive a SMALL despite PAYING for a large
❌ Potato Add-On — frequently MISSING despite being paid for
❌ $10 Asiago Chicken Sandwich — sometimes arrives SOGGY and practically INEDIBLE
❌ Paid food and upgrades — consistently missing, incorrect, or poor quality
Sometimes an order that should contain multiple burgers, a 10-piece nugget, a separate 4-piece nugget, Asiago Chicken Sandwich, potato, sauces, and large drinks arrives with only ONE burger, NO nuggets, the Asiago sandwich, and two small drinks. There is absolutely no consistency.
I report the missing items and send PHOTOS, yet I frequently don’t receive a refund for everything I paid for and didn’t receive.
I have even messaged my DoorDash drivers and specifically asked them to PLEASE double-check the drinks and ask the restaurant to confirm that all the food is in the bag. I’m told everything is there, and then I open the order and items are missing AGAIN.
I’m currently 9 months pregnant and on bed rest, so delivery isn’t simply about convenience for me. I have limited options right now. And before anyone comments about the amount of food—this order isn’t just for me. When several people’s food is missing, someone ends up without their meal, and unfortunately that has been me more than once.
When someone spends around $50 on an order, they should NOT routinely be missing approximately $20 worth of food. If I pay for a 10-piece nugget, I should receive 10 nuggets—not 4. If I pay to upgrade a drink to a LARGE, I should receive a large—not a small. If I pay for a potato, it should be in the bag. If I order burgers without certain toppings, they should be made that way. And if I’m paying around $10 for an Asiago Chicken Sandwich, it shouldn’t arrive soggy and seemingly hours old.
Customers should receive the food, portions, drink sizes, sauces, upgrades, modifications, and quality THEY PAID FOR.
⭐ Freshness: Very poor. The Asiago Chicken Sandwich can arrive so soggy that it seems like it has been sitting for hours.
⭐ Portion: Would be fine if I actually received the full portions and items I paid for.
⭐ Taste: Difficult to enjoy when food arrives soggy, old-tasting, missing, or incorrectly made.
⭐ Order Accuracy: Extremely poor and consistently incorrect.
PLEASE—if you are having the same problems with this specific location, REPORT THEM. Don’t just accept missing food, incorrect items, wrong drink sizes, or food that isn’t prepared the way you ordered it. Take photos, keep your receipt, and report exactly what was missing or incorrect.
I’m not asking people to report this location for no reason. I’m asking customers who are actually experiencing these same issues to report their own experiences so there is a documented pattern and hopefully something is finally done to FIX IT.
One complaint can be brushed off as a mistake. But if multiple customers are consistently experiencing missing food, incorrect orders, and paid upgrades they aren’t receiving, those problems need to be addressed.
I don’t want this to keep happening to me OR anyone else. I want this location and DoorDash to take the repeated problems seriously and make sure customers actually receive what they paid for.
Until something changes, I would NOT recommend ordering delivery from this location based on my repeated experiences. I’m tired of paying full price and receiving the bare minimum."

"My favorite Indian food restaurant. Good tasty food. I do feel though this time they could have added a little more fish in this dish, it had more veggies and sauce than fish. Fish Tika Masala"
"For the price i expected a lot more chicken in my chicken tikki and the garlic naan was hard to even chew wasn't fresh at all and the rice was dry as hell with whole cloves in it literally picking that out my rice was annoying! India palace is better. Also I couldn't tell between the chicken tikki and butter chicken which was which so packaging was bad too didn't label anything !! Otherwise seasoning was good garlic naan was a waste of money"

"I had a very disappointing experience with Mamsam Roast Biryani. The biryani was not fresh at all-it was cold, clearly pre-made, and tasted like old stock. There were no proper meat pieces, only bones, and the quantity was also less. The raita was also bad, with a strong sour taste."

"Tonight I ordered the chicken malabar med plus heat and it was the best Indian dish I've personally ever had from any Indian restaurant in town. Perfect blend of sweetness, spiciness and aromatics. Delicious! Also got the Keema Naan which has meat in it and is also my new go-to fave. "
"Usually the food is good in this restaurant. But this time it was bad. Chicken 65 was scary reddish pink in color. tasted bland. Dahi puri was very bad. It was just 5 puri with curd. Definitely not worth the price."

"First time trying this place. The Butter Chicken (spicy) was phenomenal. Garlic Naan delicious. Not a fan of the Hot & Sour Soup nor the Sweet Corn Veg Soup. They were just ok. "Ok so first of all they are so tiny. Like the shawarma was TINY. And the sauces seemed expired, my white sauce was bubbly and crusty and when I opened it it like exploded like popped out like it was under pressure. "Masha Allah the best Sambosa and buur "
"Worst meal I’ve had in a long time. I decided to try Somali cuisine for the first time with my Somali friend and at first I was excited because when the food arrived it actually smelled really good. Unfortunately the experience went downhill very quickly. The main platter came with a noticeably smaller portion than what my friend told me is normally served and while I tried to overlook that what really disappointed me was the lack of meat. There were only three or four small pieces of meat in an entire platter that was otherwise mostly plain white rice. It did not stop there because I had also ordered a quesadilla and fries. The fries looked extremely old and tasted rotten as if they had been sitting out for a long time. The quesadilla was somehow even worse. It tasted stale and the cheese appeared to be molding which genuinely made me question how long it had been sitting before being served. I do not usually leave negative reviews and I understand that family owned businesses can have off days but this experience was unacceptable. Between the tiny portions the lack of meat the old fries and what seemed to be spoiled cheese this was one of the worst meals I have had in a very long time and I left extremely disappointed."

"Had the Spicy Chicken Wrap. It was so delicious. Huge portions! Comparable size to a Chipotle burrito. It's hard to mess up chicken, but I find a lot of restaurants overcook it, and it becomes very dry. Here they use chicken thighs, marinated to perfection. Not salty either. Some may or may not like that. The "spicy" sauce isn't very spicy either. It's like a step up from the Chipotle sauce at Subway imo. Only downside is I received my order with the contents leaking out the tortilla and it was very messy to eat. Aside from that, it was good and filling."
"This place never misses! We tried the fries for the first time, and they were crispy even after bringing our pickup order home. Two dinner plates plus extra meat is plenty for a family of 5. Fair warning: the spicy chicken is indeed spicy!"

"The food we got from Miyabi is what it was supposed to taste like ...
We recently ordered from a different Asian food restaurant. They got 2 stars because of the low quality. We threw about half of it away as inedible.
Miyabi's food was fantastic. The vegetable egg rolls had a nice bite feel and were delicious. I ate all of them in quick succession.
I didn't need the sweet and sour sauce which was good because it had a little kick to it. I'm not dinging Miyabi for it though because, first, I'm very sensitive to any type of "heat", and, second, it's just a preference.
We ordered the Chicken Lo Mein and the Beef Lo Mein. The chicken was amazing - it tasted fresh and not frozen which made the dish exceed our expectations.
My friend and her 9 y.o. daughter agreed that the vegetable fried rice is "the best we've ever had."
The pot stickers were also great.
Miyabi is definite do-again."
"2 entrees and a side of rice totaled to $66. Was the smallest portion of rice I'd ever seen in my life. They combined the 2 ($44 total) roll entrees in one small sized tray because they were so small. For this price you can have 2-3 people fed at other sushi places. Won't be ordering again"

"Moo shoo pork was delicious! Everything was so good. "
"The food was delicious and arrived piping hot, generous servings. The Sesame chicken was flavorful, not really spicy for anyone worried about it being spicy, and the cream cheese wontons were possibly the best I've ever had! The steamed white rice was cooked to perfection - nice and sticky the way it's supposed to be. I will definitely be ordering from Asian House again in the future."

"Affordable food with large portions and great flavor! I'm a big fan of this place for a quick meal that is filling and generous. The LoMein and House Special Rice was more than enough to feed me and my toddler with leftovers. The House Special Rice is delicious and does include shrimp, but I didn't see that described on the menu - heads up for folks allergic to shellfish."
"I ordered the Sweet n sour chicken combo plate with shrimp fried rice. Very good rice, the only issue I could say is there were only 3 shrimp. However the taste is phenomenal. The sweet n sour chicken was decent. Fried well with a delicious sweet n sour sauce. The cream cheese rangoons were also very delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant!"

"This was a complete 180 from the previous order. The restaurant continued with their fresh vegetables but this time the meat was on point.
The Fresh Spring Rolls (2) were tightly wrapped and sturdy. These were of substantial size. They did not skimp on the shrimp/pork. It can with a dark peanut* sauce and TWO additional peanut dips.
I waited to write te review for the Tacos Asada (3) just in case. But I was pleasantly surprised with the authenticity, simplicity, and taste. The beef was quality asada, the limes and cilantro and onions and radish on the side were all fresh. I see where the 4.6 stars came from this time around."
"Good food, nham kao is awesome, the jaew is reallygood, sai oua fantastic. this time the sticky rice was a bit too mushy, andthe hming Hmong Sausage although really good was a very small portion for the price without adding in rice.
still would order other dishes again, maybe buy the sausage from the market instead"

"The Red/Green Curry with Chicken was delicious and just the right heat. Vietnamese Egg Rolls (3) are crispy and filling. I got the Spring Rolls (2) for tomorrow. Mango Sweet Sticky Rice was my first time trying it and it's quite good, very subtly sweet."
"If you order "hot", it's got a pretty solid kick without sacrificing flavor. Rice to entre portions were perfect. Green curry and Pad Pak Stir Fry were delicious, proteins were tender and not dried out. The cream cheese wontons were very flavoral and surprisingly crispy upon arrival. Well done, Haven!"

"I ordered 2 Dozen Donuts for a birthday party with specific flavors picked out - what we got was completely different. Not even one with sprinkles. They could have told me they were out or filled the order earlier in the morning. The boys were pretty displeased with a bunch of pink frosted donuts and the jelly-filled went straight to the trash. It was disappointing."
