"This was by far the worst meal we have ever had from Cracker Barrel. The Homestyle Chicken breasts were no bigger than a regular tender .. they used to be so big you would need to take one home. When biting into the breasts, they were hard as a rock, as if they had been sitting around all afternoon; despite this, they were very chewy and rubbery inside. I ordered steak fries and carrots with mine, only to get cole slaw with actual leafs of cabbage, not shredded. The fries were adequate but cold. My wife ordered hash brown casserole, in which she said wasn't bad, though it seemed to be burnt on top. By far the worse experience we have had."

We used to order out and dine at Sakura frequently. Tonight the quality and quantity was not worth the price. The chicken appeared old, very dry, the steak was tough in spots, not nearly as much food as they used to serve. I know they are family owned, and as such has felt the pinch of the Covid fallout and a poor economy. I work hard for my money, and for that price, I would have expected more. Shrimp and veggies were good tho, just much smaller portions."

"Food is good but over the past year the prices have gone up while the portions have gotten smaller. The Godzilla roll was always priced higher but it was a larger roll, width wise. Now it's just more expensive roll but narrow, like the regular, non-specialty rolls. It's hard to pay the price for that roll knowing at most I'm getting two fork bites' equivalent of protein (if that) when it would cost mere dollars at the store. The bento stir fry was half the size it used to be, though at least that's more tolerable given the price point. It's definitely steered my business away in the past year, I've stopped going as often."

"First of all, I've had a lot of Crab Rangoon but never any that look like my 3 year old grandson made them. They were tiny round balls with salty cream cheese in them. They did not look at all like what they looked like in the picture when ordering them.
Then, I opened the Vegetable Tempura box, which was about a 4"x4" styrofoam box, it had one onion, one piece of half cooked sweet potato, I believe there were two partially covered pieces of broccoli, and that was it. I've saw bigger portions at a gas station for half that price, that at least was cooked through and tasted good. These vegetables were tasteless and the tempura was fine poorly and it had little taste, also.
The Steamed Rice I thought couldn't be worse but even the three year old who loves rice, would not eat more than a bite. It was dry, stuck together in large clumps like it was old.
The nearly $4 Diet Pepsi did not taste bad but was the smallest styrofoam cup I've seen served at a restaurant charging full price for a beverage.
It was my first and last time ordering from this restaurant. I have ordered from half a dozen, or more Japanese and Asian restaurants as well as some that are "mall" and "fast types" and their food wasn't this poor.
The only thing I can say that is positive is at least what little we ate, did not make us sick!"
