However, it was impossible to order a gluten-free pizza through the app, so right after placing the order I called to ask if it could be changed to gluten-free. The person who answered told me it wasn’t possible, and after putting me on hold, connected me with the manager.
The only solution the manager offered was to replace my large cheese pizza (worth $23) with a small gluten-free pizza. To make matters worse, the pizza didn’t even have an even distribution of cheese and sauce. A double loss—poor customer service and poor product."
