"The first time I ate a cloud cake from Tous Les Jours it was one of our Manager's birthday and a little later it was our Director's birthday last year. Everyone loved it but it was small and wasn't enough so l said one day l will order it. And that's exactly what I did. "The 3 Egg Three Egg Scramble was good. I got some extras in it: ham, scallions tomatoes, mushrooms, and gruyere. But base price for this meal, without any add-ons, fees, taxes, etc., I say BASE price, is $18.50 through Doordash. My final price, as delivered (without the bread) was a shade over $30. Something like $32, $34, I don't remember exactly.
I made my own choice to pay that, ONCE, because I wanted to try it and I was hungry. But I might not go back again. $30+ for scrambled eggs and a side salad?🤔"

I’ve also gotten the tarte au citron for my partner, who is a serious lemon lover, and it’s been a hit every time.
But outside of the pastry case, I’ve been disappointed more times than I can excuse at this point. I’ve tried the Croque Monsieur with the broccoli cheddar and country potato soups, and the lemonade, none of which really impressed me. I also ordered a frosted sugar cookie that came with none at all (listing even noted that frosting color varies by location, so clearly it’s supposed to come frosted).
I keep giving it another shot hoping something will surprise me, but at this point I think their strength is very clearly in the baked goods. And if you’re ordering anything beyond pastries like drinks, hot food, or even expecting your order to come out right, just go in knowing it might not meet expectations."
