"Awful Denny's offshoot. Don't let the pictures deceive you. Neither of us ended up eating what we ordered. Both had a weird, thick mayo-sauce on them that was off putting, massive hard slices of bread, and proteins that didn't cover half the sandwich. I ordered fruit instead of fries and half the fruit was old (brown banana slices and squishy soft grapes). We also got the strawberry cheesecake dessert sandwich. We both laughed when we opened the box. Between 2 huge slices of poundcake was the tiniest blob of cheesecake filling with some starwberriesthrown on top.

"Several weeks ago I took my mom, son and 2 grandkids to Eckerts for a late breakfast/early lunch. The grands (12 and 10) shunned the kids menu and ordered adult meals! A the table we enjoyed Chicken Pot Pie, Caesar salad, chicken and waffles, chicken and dumplings and pulled pork lunch. Every thing was wonderful and every bite eaten. The service was excellent and the waitress treated the kids as adults which is the way they want to be treated.

"This used to be my favorite place to eat, but now every dish is primarily onion with a tiny portion of meat. I got maybe an 1/8th of meat and the rest of my very full container was onions. The pictures don't match either, I thought the beef curry would have potatoes, onions, and beef, not onions, onions, a couple of bamboo shoots, and a few pieces of beef. So disappointed, and this is not the first time this has happened. If you're going to charge over $15 for a dish, you can't skimp on the meat like this."

Spring Rolls arrived hot, golden, crispy yet still soft (also thanks to my excellent dasher Toni) tho i did miss my extra sweet chili sauce i paid an extra .50 for lol. No biggie! Still had 1, was so yum. First time trying their Age-Dashi tofu and it was also hot n beautifully crispy crunchy- like a little nugget of greatness- tho i was missing the sauce. Still good! Used some spare sweet chili. Miso soup was rich, flavorful and steaming, tho also lacking the extra scallions i upcharged a couple cents for lol! I love having the option to swap the mac out for veggies or pineapple as I am allergic to the noodles. The rice portions are always well scooped. The staff is always amazing about adding an extra sauce, too, which I personally can't get enough of, it's absolutely tasty!
I did feel like maybe I got a bit less meat this time around, but tbh it could have just been my greedy stomach wishing I had more because it's so delicious.
