"The garlic Asiago is good, the noodles are always pretty soft but it's okay. I usually only add sautéed veggies and they're so fresh and really well portioned. "I got the Cesar salad and Lobster Mac Style. The salad was an average Cesar salad, nothing special but notbad either. The Lobster Mac Style was good flavor wise and had a good consistency, not over cooked and mushy. I will say, there is almost no lobster in this, I think I found 5 "chunks" about the size of a pea throughout the whole container. I get that lobster is expensive but Wegmans also offers a lobster mac n cheese that is just as good and actually has chunks of lobster in it. Its also cheaper at wegmans. I got the Cheeseburger Pizza on their cauliflower crust, and hooooly cannoli. THEY DID NOT MISS! It blew the pizzas that somehow pass as "cheeseburger" on the menus of other establishments so far out of the water. I mean it, this thing is insanely good.
The service, value, quality of ingredients (including the gf crust), and execution each exceeded all of my expectations... and after coming highly recommended by an acquaintance, the bar certainly wasn't low to begin with. Get this pizza, y'all. :)
