"all my receipts show a box checked indicating " no napkins or utensils" but there is nothing in the order flow allowing me to unmarked the checked box and request napkins. You can't seem to get napkins or utensils from anyone anymore. My deliveries don't go to my home. they come to a rehab, that apparently you can't get napkins or utensils outside of meal time either.

Breadsticks were hard and dry with over seasoned. The price for the dipping sauces were outrageous. Other places charge .50 for the same small oz size where they charge over $1. After walking back to venue, I opened the box most topings were off the pizza even though i held it carefully walking back.
