"We placed a pickup order that included 3 steakburger salads, 2 different burgers, and 2 frozen custard drinks. All the burgers were dry and the salads were not edible. The wait, once we got to the store was over 20 minutes, even though we ordered ahead on the app. Knowing they were backed up they still prepared the shakes ahead of time so that by the time we left with the food the shakes were not frozen. We spent over $100 and I will not be going back there."
