"The portion size is insane! Absolutely enough for 3 or 4 people. I asked for the cook to be medium rare (I ordered it to eat later and knew it would reheat to a medium). The cook on it was perfect 👌🏾. The pasta was loaded with shrimp and chicken. The sauce was cheesy, creamy, and slightly on the spicy side. Lamb Chop Rasta Pasta 10 out of 10!"
"They are both so good. Lots of flavor and it was so fresh . The food looked just like the picture. It has plenty of meat and the French fries are super fresh and crunchy. The wings are so moist. The pasta very cheesy and meaty. Will reorder again and tell my friends about it."

"I paid to add avocado and was about 3 slices. Steak was good and green mix too."
"Honestly, Whiskey Cake Kitchen & Bar was pretty overhyped for me. I spent around $50 and unfortunately wouldn’t order again.
The Parmesan Brussels sprouts were bland, and the sauce on them felt unnecessary and didn’t really add anything to the flavor. The fries were also a pretty small portion. My chicken sandwich had way too much garlic spread/sauce—it was spread all over the bun and chicken to the point that I ended up not eating the bun at all.
The whiskey cake itself was decent and probably the best part of the meal, but even the packaging was disappointing because my cake box was left open.
The employee who gave me my order was nice and offered me a drink, which I appreciated. However, she went to the back and returned with the drink already opened with the straw placed inside. I know it was meant as a nice gesture, but from a food-handling/customer perspective, I would have preferred a sealed drink with the straw handed to me separately.
Overall, for the price and all the hyp"

"I ordered the flour fried 2pcs Fish & 6pcs Shrimp Basket with onion rings instead of fries. It came with a big piece of Texas toast, a hushpuppy and two sides of tartar sauce. I'd say it was a tiny bit over done, but it was good. The onion rings portion was super generous, nice big thick pieces of onion. The fish and shrimp were fresh and truly delicious. I loved the food and really want to try more items on the menu. I will be back soon."

"Great Greek Gyro - always made fresh. Love the taste of the gyro meat with the crunch of fresh veggies and complimented well with their house made tzatziki sauce. They wrap it up in nice fresh, warm pita bread. One of my favorite items on this menu.
Tirokafteri App - Our first time to try this appetizer. It sounded right up our alley with feta cheese and roasted red peppers as a dip served with more of that Fluffy fresh pita. We chose well."
"Gyro meat is actually some of the best in Houston very flavorful, however they are very cheap with the amount of meat on their gyros. It looks big when you open it but you realize 70% of the size is from the lettuce in the gyro. However it is very good flavor but for the price throw some more meat on there, other places like Petras put tons on meat on their gyros comparatively.
Their tzatziki is good as well which a lot of places don't make as good. Their pitas are also very good nice and fluffy.
The biggest disappointment however was the hummus. It was high rated on the app but it was quite terrible and since we got the sampler dip they gave us two of them and we had to throw them out because they were so salty and not good at all.
So overall recommend them for their gyros some of best flavor in Houston but ask for extra meat instead of the 3-4 slices they give."

"This was my first time trying the Rockhampton Ribeye* 13oz and it was wonderful..! (I have tried all the other ribeyes and love them ..!)The Alice Springs Chicken® was almost too Amazing.. whenever I can't make up my mind between two different dishes I order both of them and save the remaining for lunch the following day .. I almost finished the Alice Springs Chicken® and ate a little over a third of the Rockhampton Ribeye* 13oz. I only stopped eating to ensure I would enjoy eating the rest the following day. The order took almost 30min to arrive and it was still hot, still just as delicious as it would have been had I been in the restaurant itself. My only issue ordering from Outback Steakhouse is eating too much lol.. I usually love to save some for later because re-heated steak from Outback is almost even better than when it's freshly cooked..!!"
"Joey Sirloin* (5 oz) was perfect portion. It was so delicious and fresh tasting. Would definitely order it again! The side salad with Ranch dressing was very fresh tasting, portion was just right. The delicious Outback bread was wonderful. The apple juice was so good and perfect size portion. It tasted like the fresh apples we used to get in Oregon State when we lived there briefly. Yum!!!"

Definitely will order from Black Bear again! Unfortunately I was so hungry after waiting an hour for the delivery, i demolished the plate before taking a picture."

"We ordered Cheese Ravioliand Spinach Ravioli. Both were delicious. The pasta and ingredients were fresh and beautifully cooked. Our dasher forgot the bag with our salads and the manager called, got our address, and drove them to us. We will absolutely be repeat customers."
"Way over priced. Very small amounts of food. Charge 20 dollars for pasta dishes with barely a handful of pasta. Probably costs them less than 2-3 dollars to make these pasta dishes, some cream and butter and bit of cheese and they charge outrageous prices, likely 6-7 times what it costs them.
Smallest chicken parm dinner I've ever had in my life, chicken cutlet was smaller than a palm if that. Most places give you an enormous chicken cutlet that fills the tray especially for 23 dollars.
Penne Vodka did not taste like Vodka sauce at all just cream and butter with marinara.
The "caesar salad" is horrendous, it tastes nothing like caesar dressing, tastes more like Italian dressing and lettuce was all wilted and flat.
Just another crappy Italian place in Houston that will be gone in less than 5 years.
They got me because they advertise their chef as being from "Venice" lol, yea ok maybe Venice Florida but not Venice Italy."

"I wast impressed by the Brisket Grilled Cheese, it was bland, however they did make it perfectly as asked. This dish may not travel well. I'll definitely try the Brisket Grilled Cheese next time I'm in the restaurant. The Ribeye Steak Sandwich was cooked perfectly, tender, juicy and easy to pull apart fork and knife are not necessary ."
"Hope 's Hog Big Boy is a large burger so you definitely feel like youre getting what you paid for. However, that being said it is not very tasty. It just tastes like lettuce and pickles. The meat had no flavor and was bland. Ive been eyeballing Hoppe's for a while but Iwas left upset. The chicken Buffalo Fries were really good, but they needed a cheese sauce the shredded cheese does them no justice. Their fries are also great with the burger. I might try it again, their fries are awesome, but their burgers are definitely a no go for me."

"I was a little disappointed with the size to price ratio and the taste was a little less than what I expected but was still good."
"Very disappointing, this location is terrible compared to the Pearland location. First time ordering from here and everything was so bad. Sad because we left a rave review for the Pearland spot. The chocolate pastry had barely any chocolate in it at all, for over 6 dollar you would think they would make it loaded, the other location gives you way more and tasted like we were just eating plain bread. The fruit they use here is so bad, again the other location gives the best fruit at peak flavor and ripeness, this one however had very poor fruit, all the strawberries were still green, like how does a self respecting French pastry bakery put junk like that out to customers and for the exorbitant fees they charge too? An almost 80 dollar order for a few pastries and coffee and almost all of it was not good and pathetic, the other location was always great and we ordered a few times a month but this place we will never order from again.
The only decent items were the Matcha Latte and the coffee croissant everything else we feel as though they just robbed us of our money. Most of the items had literally no taste and no flavor.
Do not recommend them at all. Go to the Pearland location instead much better quality.

"Juice bag holding my goodies(1 Corn 1 Egg 1 Potato)was delicious making sure to keep them flavorful and juicy! Husband approved of his Fried Oyster Basket (10)..sorry he's not as descriptive lol"
"I've never ordered crab with butter flavor taste so bland. No taste to it at all. I don't care for all the spices and always get my crab legs butter flavored from other restaurants and it's flavorful and delicious. Unfortunately here it's very bland. Thank goodness for some salt."

"Had Mahi Mahi Fish Tacos before and they were wonderful, big enough to have one leftover. Today about half the size and completely deconstructed by the time they were delivered, although looks more like they were just tossed in the container "
"Ordered a pizza for 23.00 and didn't recover it. The 3 shrimp tacos were so tiny it's not worth the price at all. My son was still hungry. Daughter order ed extra ranch and didn't get any dipping sauce with her wings. I ordered broccoli and got green beans. Yuck. They put my burger in with the green beans which made the bun soggy. My burger tasted like chemicals and I asked for it to be medium rare but it was closer to well done. Was definitely not impressed and only picked this place because it's a customer favorite. We definitely won't be ordering again."

"Fajitas ta Poblano was sooooooo good!!! It's now one of my favorites!! However, the cup of soup and bowl of soup was in the same size of container even though there was a $2 up charge for the bowl. So just order the cup and save the money. But the food is good!"
"Friendly staff. Food was bad. Got a Medium 8 oz Fajitas only served me amount for 1. Fajitas were fatty and chewy. Beans were way too salty. Salsa was mediocre and queso was ok "
