"I would like to give a big shout out to Hartz on 1765 in Texas City Texas. I have been eating there since they have opened and I have not been disappointed. The food is fresh and hot ,grease is fresh every time and that means a lot..Whoever is managing this location with the workers are doing an awesome job. I've ordered the chicken and fish, okra fries, etc. it's all been good. Keep it up because we are definitely enjoying the food in this area. "
"The food was good, but I ordered lunch for myself and a friend at my job. The order included two 3 piece white meals with drinks & her sides were mash potatoes and red beans & rice. Mine was fried okra & and a LARGE red beans & rice which is 5.99 in price. Hers was fine. One of my 2 breast was missing & so was my large side. We got neither drink. The worst part was that I was treated as though I was lying when I stopped by the store to tell them. I got the breast & the large side, & actually refused the drinks because I could hold them in my car. The manager looked up the order, AND I showed him the receipt on Door Dash's website. I just felt that he was looking at me as if I was trying to get something for nothing. I don't know whose error it was, but I shouldn't have had to go through all that while patronizing a new & good business."
