"I ordered my meal from Burger King in the door dash app. When I received my order half of it was missing. I contacted both door dash and Burger King. Burger King admitted that they did mess up the order but I will have to go thru door dash or come into their store to get the rest of my order.
I explained to the store manager that I am 74 years old and don't drive in the rain. She said well she couldn't do anything about it if I didn't come in.
they charged my bank account $25.40 but gave me a receipt that only charged $19.59.
I have pictures of what they sent and I plan on taking this all the way to court if I have to.

I ordered onion rings they sent french fries and a drink. there was no pie that I ordered but they charged me for. The manager admitted to the error and said that there was nothing she could do. The food's also really good, only mild nitpicks I have are the miso broth is kinda weak, and the salad I got was just lettuce and a dressing (I ordered near close too, and those are just sides so I dont blame them). It's also kinda sad that the rolls included are "chefs choice"(aka they pick what you get) but thats probably for presentation or cost reasons. All in all well worth the price, and nothing a reasonable person could find to legitimately complain about in terms of quality.
