"The Crispy Beef is my favorite. It's always super hot and covered in a sweet and spicy sauce. It's packaged in a tented aluminum foil so it doesn't have condensation or even melt the plastic lids that would go on top of the cardboard to go container. The Meat Dumplings (6) are homemade dumplings. They are not the typical Chinese potstickers that you get everywhere else. The dough is a little thicker and they are stuffed full of meat. They are delicious. The Wonton Egg Drop Soup is great. It has the typical wontons you find in all wonton soups but the broth is thick and flavorful. The Beef Short Rib with Black Pepper has a lot of bones in it. The sauce and peppers & onions are excellent, but I do not like eating around the bones. That is my fault.
