"We wanted to like this place, especially under new ownership, but our first experience will definitely be our last. The $19 "American Breakfast" was missing half the items, but the bigger problem is what they did send: overcooked pancakes, a giant heap of unseasoned home fries, and scrambled eggs with no discernible flavor. At that price point for what is essentially pancakes/eggs/potatoes, you expect something decent or flavorful, but it was stunningly bland. They also didn't read the notes for one item and sent another giant heap of unseasoned homefries, and somehow there was chocolate on the outside of the container for the chocolate pancakes. I'd love to know how that happened. Ultimately, it's overpriced and underdelivers. There are so many other great options in this area, and you're better off going to one of them."

Have some damn pride in what you're doing as a business; I live on the 2900 block of Frankford, and this place is on the 2500 block of Frankford and my food still arrived cold and soggy!
They placed the fries in a cardboard box with no ventilation so all it does is steam itself and drip moisture back onto the fries creating a soggy mess.
The Steak is generic and basic with barely any cheese or onions. D- grade Steak considering we live in Philly where we have world-class shops like Angelo's, Del Rossi's, Bob's, Woodrow's, etc. are, and we get some super chopped up generic steak you get when you're somewhere in the sticks of Kentucky where they advertise "Philly Cheesesteak."
This place is close to Fiore's who has a very premium cheesesteak for a similar price and you get your money's worth. This diet Cheesesteak should be half the price it is.
My wife can never eat an entire steak at Fiore's, yet she finished this entire jawn and ate some of my soggy fries.

"The Fresa Dubai cups did not seem freshly made to order. The strawberries tasted old and soggy, and the chocolate was extremely hard. I also ordered the 3-scoop passion fruit (maracujá) ice cream, and it was very disappointing it barely tasted like passion fruit and had an odd flavor overall.
Additionally, the packaging could definitely be improved. Using plastic bags and clear containers for delivery feels unprofessional. Cardboard boxes and proper cup holders would create a much better presentation and overall customer experience."

"I placed an order for my family that was visiting me in a nearby physical rehab. Kids were playing games and ice cream was perfect addition. Two of us ordered rolled ice cream, the Butter Me Up and Chunky Monkey sundaes were awesome, perfect flavor, smoothness and size for a single serving. 3 people ordered shakes and all were loved.
We were a tad hesitant to order for delivery just because of melting and delivery timing but we were pleasantly surprised at what we received. The ice cream was slightly thawed but expected and nothing that would prevent us from ordering again. They even put two small bags of cubed ice in the bag to help keep it cold. I think it was only a 3 mile ride to get to us, but between a prompt DD driver and the extra thought of including ice the ice cream made it to us just fine."
