"I have been on a journey for real, authentic Birria Tacos since coming from West Texas. I have tried nearly every joint in Granbury that serves them and these are by far the best and closest to authentic as you can get. They are flavorful, tortilla is crispy and soft at the same time. You could probably drink the consome by itself and be good to go before even tasting the tacos.
I prefer mine without cheese as I feel it takes the flavor away from the meat itself but do your own thing. Also, charro beans are amazing too. "

They left in the avocado which I do not care for, the bacon was Soo hard my dog couldn't eat it and she tried. the chicken was all breading and the lettuce was old. we had ordered 3 rolls and they only gave us 2. . We spent $50 and in the end we wished we had ordered McDonald's. Cotton Patch used to be one of our favorites but I don't think we will be eating there again anytime soon."
