"So I waited for the pick up time that kept gettin pushed back, and despite being marked ready it wasn't -- they started bagging when I asked for my order at the counter. No big, was going to let that go but just got home and the bagging is a mess. And to be clear, I was careful with the bag. It's supposed to be connected rolls sliced in half with cream and jam. I have a bag of plain milk rolls which is a different item... I won't be back, way too expensive for all this to be such a mess."

I can never figure out how to get them to put the hashbrown on the side instead of on the Bacon & Egg Sandwich and I've tried every way possible to communicate that. Also, I recommend asking for your bacon extra crispy unless you want chewy, barely cooked bacon. And even then, they might not read the instructions and still give you chewy bits. It can be disappointing to pay $10+ for a bagel to have to remove all the bacon because it's almost inedible. All in all, they are better in person. I wish they would read the instructions or perhaps just add options for crispy bacon and hashbrowns on the side. "
