They do lack in quality control, unfortunately! They will almost always forget your extra add-ons. Flavours and level of sweetness can vary each time with order as well.
Only thing I have tried so far that has been really disappointing is their "Stewed Sea Coconut with Papaya". Flavour is great but they aren't using sea coconut like it's advertised, it's just chunks of toasted normal coconut. As someone who grew up in Chinese Family and grew up eating "Sea Coconut" in desert soups, I knew right away they lied about it being sea coconut."

"I want to start by saying I love this place. When I go, the head waitress is hilarious. After gardening all day, I thought I would treat myself and ordered the mixed grill. It came with lentil soup, one of my favorites, got salad instead because at 4:30 the soup was finished. In the mixed grill is montfort Chicken, which is my favorite with pineapple, lamb chops, chicken shwarma, kafta, potatoes or rice. Potatoes were good...I got the smallest lamb chop I've ever seen, some lamb souvlaki, which was good, some chicken with peppers and onions, maybe 3 tbsps of that, not Montford chicken, manager says they don't do the montfort chicken in the mixed grill, eventhough it says it, and some chicken, I guess it was shwarma. Hawaiian Burger Combo came with an 8oz patty on bun. It was a big burger and the fries were HUGE portion for Large; about 500g. Will order again, smaller fry.
Cheeseburger came as 2-for-1 so definitely a good deal, didn't disappoint.
The Select Grilled Cheese was pretty standard stuff. I ordered 2 which I could have made several buying from the grocery store at equal price. Will not order again due to price.
Bacon Cheddar Ranch Poutine was essentially just fries and ranch. Not a lot of cheeze or bacon. Wouldn't order again due to skimping on toppings.
