I have been ordering coffee and pastries from here several times per week and either the coffee doesn't come (at all) or I order pastries for three and two people get the Honeycomb (which is divine) but the third doesn't get their Croissant.. a little better communication from the store/dasher would be great! Oh, and the Hot Chocolate is amazing!!! Hands down the best I've ever had!! Basically, even with the below par service at times, their products are so far above par that this place is still one of my favorites and I will stick with them.. with hopes and patience for improvement. The picture on the door dash menu is of a cooked, ready to eat product and there are no indicators that one would receive something other than that. The restaurant is represented on door dash as a fast food option for ready-to-eat baked goods; not a grocery store. I called the store and was told that they only bake the product if requested. However, it is clear on door dash that the store opts not to take special requests. I have received hot food from this place before.
As I would guess all of their products are shipped to them frozen and prepackaged, there is no expectation of a frozen pot pie being delivered to one's door anymore than there is an expectation of a frozen apple pie being delivered. If they were out of the prepared product, they should have called and advised the customer."
