"This was one of the most disappointing experiences I've had with any food ever. Used to go to this place years ago, and I mean like five or six years ago. It was really good, my favorite Cuban restaurant in the Las Vegas area. The last time I had tried it about two years ago, I noticed that the prices had gone up, but the portion still stayed small and my empanadas and papas rellenas were very overcooked and tasted like old oil had been used. Now on tonight's order, I see that the prices are still ridiculous for the portions you receive and everything showed up very overcooked not to mention the chimichurri was 90% garlic and oil. I understand chimichurri has garlic in it and I love garlic, but this was a little ridiculous . My main issue though is definitely the portions for the price, two pieces each for appetizers and they're quite expensive. And I think the most ridiculous and offensive item was the fries, six dollars for a small paper bag that was not even halfway filled. And when I say small paper bag, I mean it is the size paper bag that you would get from a liquor store if you bought like one or two mini bottles and they put them in the tiny brown paper bag. And this bag was not even filled halfway with fries and I got charged six dollars for it. Safe to say, I will never be ordering from or going to this restaurant to eat ever again."

"Extremely disappointed with this order. First, the listing was deceptive. The Signature Dinner on their own website includes similar items for $26.99, so when I saw the Entrée Meal Deal on DoorDash for $79.99, I assumed it was for two people. Turns out, it barely feeds one.
Second, besides being so expensive, the meal was incomplete. The order was missing several items that were clearly listed in the description, including Pão de Queijo, Caesar salad, and one of the sides I selected. That’s three items I paid for and didn’t receive.
Third, the portion I received was nearly identical to the Signature Dinner I mentioned before for $26.99. I understood I was paying more through DoorDash, but for nearly $80, I expected significantly more food. Since there’s no mention of portion size or weight, there’s really no way to know if I actually received what I paid for.
P.S. I did receive a partial refund from DoorDash for the missing items."
