I've ordered Concrete Mixers from this location several times (x12 so far), and they consistently arrive melted because the store prepares them far too early. I've visited in person and watched the staff make the Mixer immediately after the order is placed, then leave it sitting on the counter at room temperature while the rest of the food is still being cooked.
By the time the DoorDash driver picks it up - especially if there's any delay - the Mixer is already liquid. Other Culver's locations nearby keep Mixers in the freezer until the food is ready, and sometimes even until the driver picks up the order, and the product arrives perfectly frozen every time.
This location needs to adjust its workflow for frozen items. The quality here is not consistent with other Culver's restaurants."

"Over the past year or so, I have enjoyed the Tuscan-Grilled Pork Chops at least twice a month, either from DoorDash or my family and friends providing a delicious treat they know I love! The Italian salad, garlic mashed potatoes and sauteed fresh spinach are my favorite sides. The generous portions, plus the excellent bread (olive oil and spices included!) keep me busy for a couple of days . The beef Carpaccio Di Manzo is suppose to be beef. I received ham for 20$, the Baked Broccoli with Parmesan was only a few pieces not baked and no parm for $10. The eggplant Parmigiana Di Melanzane for $16 was the smallest box with a few pieces. The quality is always good but I have dined in and picked up and it's always been great. I just feel a little robbed here as this is not enough food and we will still be hungry. I will not make this post public it's just to ragú for it to be made right. I don't need to be reimbursed fully maybe just a gift card to equal value as I will be back. Just perhaps will order in person next time. "
