"The Fried Pork Chunks/Masas de Puerco are seasoned well and taste great. Squeeze that lime juice on them and it's even better. Even the white rice and yucca were cooked perfectly. Tastes like a home cooked meal and the portions are generous. The Cafe con Cafe con Leche also pretty good. This was my first time ordering from Mario's and they did not disappoint. Would definitely order again."
"I ordered a Baby Skirt Steak/Churrasquito which they do not have a regular churrasco available. The baby was a BABY which was $28 and it included a very small steak, small cup of congris and 2 sweet plantains. ( not worth the $28) Cuban food is known for excessive quantities and this was not....!I don't mind paying asking price but give me my money worth. ( especially for cuban food)"

"extremely pleased with my meal. I got the Vaca Frita bowl as a buy-one-get-one-free deal, which was not only a fantastic value for the price but also incredibly delicious and well-seasoned. I also tried the Crema de Malanga, and I was so happy to find that it wasn't watered down with cream—it had that genuine, hearty malanga flavor and texture I was looking for. I highly recommend both dishes!"
"I ate almost all of the Paella so I apologize for how small it looks. But the portions were huge. So I am saving this pary for tomorow. I loved it. The Filete De Pargo Empanizado is way better than at other locations where I ordered it. It was made fresh and with love. My compliments to the chef. This has rapidly become my new go to place to eat."

"I love you Casavana! Never disappoints..best Cuban in town. The churasco always juicy and tender. The croquetas are always fresh and the fresh juices, jugito de zanahoria & naranja is always A1 fresh (ice seals the deal) & the rice and the Cuban wrap is a must."
"Portion sizes for the Congri were small, container was barely halfway full and I ordered Bistec Empanizado and there's not even one slice of lime to go with it. I also ordered fries and they are soft, bland and no salt on them. Churrasco might as well be The Baby Churrasco on the menu because it is very thin but was flavorful. Shrimp were also good. Bread for Pan con Pan Con Bistec is hard. We hadn't ordered in a very long time and will be a long time before we order from here again. Overall 6/10"

"Pan con bistec was huuuge and they added extra lettuce and onions just like I asked. No more ordering from Casavana or Pincrest bakery."
"I had a very disappointing experience with my recent delivery order from Vicky Bakery. Several products were missing from my order, and no one contacted me to explain or offer a substitution. When I tried to call the store, the communication was poor and no one seemed interested in resolving the issue.
On top of that, the items that did arrive were not good quality. The pastries tasted stale and the presentation was messy. For the price I paid, I expected fresh products and better customer service.
Overall, the lack of communication and missing items made this a frustrating experience. I hope they improve their quality control and customer service for delivery orders."

Either they're sending me a secret message about my eating habits, or they sent me the wrong Soda. Either way it was good. And I give my thanks. They were both the proper size (not too big and not too small), the cinnamon twists are delicious. And the price is more than fair. Can't complain."

"BEST Gordita in town. I preferthe sigle ins of the meal. Not a fan of the rice and beans but the the steak Gordita is just perfect. Wish they gave more salsa thou .5 oz is not enough. The Aguas Naturales Horchata is to die for. Not to sweet and very refreshing."
"I used to order from here all the time. At least 2-3 times a month. Today almost all the red salsa was spilled in the bag. They really need to secure the salsa better. They used to offer substitute but now they only give you fries that are both burnt and half frozen. Even the Aguas Naturales horchata is smaller it went from a large cup to a medium size but same price. The Gorditas Con Arroz Y Frijoles meat was greasy and some pieces were dry. My favorite restaurant is no longer good. It's sad but I blame inflation. The Chips & Pico DeGallo is the same so not all bad."

Rave Reviews
"My gyro was packed with de lamb meat! The white sauce was good too!"
"Leaving a review because I was hoping to find out through reviews what the white sauce was and if it was the traditional toum, and while it saves the dish, it tastes closer to a Caesar dressing.
The chicken was good quality but just had a lot of one spice like curry or something instead of a good variety of Mediterranean spices. With the sauce and French fries, I still felt I could order here again...
But, then there is the lean cuisine quality bland rice... like, good maybe if you're at a hospital cafeteria in the Middle East, but not GOOD. Rice tastes better without seasoning then whatever went wrong with this rice.
I paid extra for a side of pita that tastes like under cooked pie dough, so I wont be doing that again.
Overall, if you get the Chicken Over Rice, get it with fries and extra sauce and you can get over the cafeteria taste and get your chicken shawarma fix, the fries and sauce save the dish!
Call up yaffa grill in Ohio for some tips, glad to be headed back there."

"So the food itself was 9/10. Really good & tastes fresh to me. Not sure if the lamb is frozen , but it was REALLY good nonetheless. But they messed up & didn't get my MIX OVER RICE, & that really upset me. This is the one mistake that K33 has ever done but the food & service is always INCREDIBLE. Except for now. "I love this place. I order from this place once to twice a week. They do not disappoint. The salads are always fresh. The fries are always warm and the seasoning, yum! The rice platter are delicious. The açaí bowels cold and fresh. The smoothie so good. If you're looking for quantity and quality this place is it!! "
"I’ve been coming here for a while, but lately the quality has gone downhill badly. The smoothies used to taste fresh, flavorful, and consistent, but now they taste watered down and poorly made. The fruit doesn’t taste fresh anymore, and the texture has become inconsistent every time I order.
What’s most disappointing is that the prices keep going up while the quality keeps dropping. It honestly feels like corners are being cut with ingredients and preparation. Customer service also seems less attentive than before, which makes the experience even worse.
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but when a place loses the quality that made people support it in the first place, it needs to be said. Hopefully management takes this seriously and improves the ingredients, consistency, and overall experience because right now it’s nowhere near what it used to be."

"Everything was great ! And I do love having 2 types of food options. That's perfect for us with multiple picky eaters. More options for our group. Now as for the food, chicken Quesadilla Appt was delicious. The Alfredo is so good. Noodles were cooked nicely, good amount of sauce and the flavor was great. Loved the Twice Baked Potato & the Greek Salad ala Capri was really good as well. The only thing I would have liked is a little more dressing for the salad. It was a full portion salad and I did request extra dressing if it was possible. In my bag I received 2 of the small Togo cups and just for the amount of salad I think a little more dressing would've been better. But overall everything was delicious and everyone was happy with their choices. We will definitely be back and highly recommend you give them a try as well.
Sorry no pictures. It got eaten too fast before I thought of it ha!"

"I love these pizza cause they remind me of my childhood in Cuba. The flavor of the Hawaiian and double cheese are identical to the ones made in Cuba. I also ordered the pasta and it's just amazing overall. Portions are perfect and I've gotten fresh pizza smells in my car every single time. Highly recommend!"
"Cheese pizza barely had cheese, it was mostly bread. Hawaiian was better. The spaghetti was the opposite, way too much cheese."

"The bestPR food in Homestead. Sharleene gives you a spectacular service. We loved everything! 💜will definitely recommend."
"Arroz and Gandules was horrible, rice was flavorless, undercooked and seemed to be white rice with red food coloring. We were lucky if we had 10 gandules beans in the whole $10 serving. They should be embarrassed to call themselves a puertorriqueño restaurant. Our other food was just average... disappointing...! "
