The steak was juicy and flavorful, and even though I'm a rare/medium rare guy, the only temp option being medium actually wasn't a downside. It was perfect medium and incredibly fresh! The Cauliflower Risotto was my favorite part of the meal - jam packed with flavor, perfect texture and a very healthy portion. Lastly, the Sichuan Green Beans & Peas was cooked to perfection with a perfect "snap" to every bite, and the sauce/seasoning was a perfect complement to that snap.
