I personally have not eaten at the picnic tables or at the property during the warmer weather because until recently it had only been seafood and I do not eat seafood or as my brother so when we do a family dinner since we were kids it was always the chicken finger day for us.
it is nice to have the experience of the food trucks like they do in the city out here where anything quick to order is not healthy fresh ingredients. we also enjoy the queso dip make sure to get guacamole sour cream and salsa as well. For starters, they included generous portions of side sauces, doubling and tripling the containers of each one I'd requested... thats kind of unheard of... cuz like... who wants to run out of sauce!? The worst!! IYKYK!
Preparer also took the extra time to wrap the veggies that come with the platter in a separate foil package .. doing so prevented the celery and carrot sticks from arriving wilted and soggy!
Even the presentation/arrangement of the items showed neatness and organization.
In my opinion the steps taken showed the preparer took pride in doing a quality job and is thorough AF . I was impressed before I even took a bite.
