I ordered two breakfast tacos through DoorDash. The DoorDash experience and my delivery driver were both excellent.
I ordered the #1 Taco with Tender Belly bacon, scrambled eggs, and Monterey Jack cheese, along with the #4 Taco with chorizo, scrambled eggs, and Monterey Jack cheese. Unfortunately, the tacos themselves were disappointing.
I understand the concept of breakfast tacos and how the different ingredients are intended to work together to create a balanced flavor profile. In this case, however, the scrambled eggs, which made up most of the filling, had virtually no flavor. Even a small amount of salt or basic seasoning would have made a significant difference. It felt like the expectation was for the meat alone to flavor the entire taco.
The #1 taco contained only a single strip of bacon, while the #4 had a decent amount of chorizo. Even so, neither taco came together in a way that justified the price.
Overall, the value just wasn’t there. The ingredients may have been fresh, but the lack of seasoning and the portion of bacon left these tacos falling well short of expectations."

"One of my favorite taco trucks around. This truck has hands down the best Lengua in all of Birmingham!!! Their corn tortillas are always warm, soft, and buttery, not cold, tough, and doughy. However the Lengua is well seasoned and marinaded with amazing flavor that it is so juicy and tender it just falls apart. If you want tacos or you want a burrito, you can not go wrong with their Lengua as your choice of meat. I will also say that they have a great menu selection full of options. The LG Birria Pizza is quite the dish, especially if you're looking for something to share with your significant other or friends. And you can not go wrong with their Chips and Queso either.
