However, the Triple Cheeseburger Meal and McDouble I ordered was so dry and burnt it wasn't even tolerable enough to eat. Tasted like it was cooked and forgotten about and then put in the heating bin for entirely too long. I order from here quite often, I know what good fresh food tastes like, I know what food that's been sitting too long tastes like as well and now I know what the burnt food tastes like, and not just kinda burnt, but totally burnt. The manager handled the issue very well and kept it professional even though I was noticeably upset, She was very kind and understanding and made it clear she would speak to the cooks to see why this happened!"
