Unfortunately, our breakfast was disappointing. The potatoes were so undercooked that you could barely bite into them. The biscuits were hard, and the portion of gravy wasn’t nearly enough to cover even one biscuit. The French toast was served without syrup. The sausage was much spicier than expected, which I personally don’t mind, but it was definitely different from traditional breakfast sausage.
I truly hope these are just growing pains and that some adjustments can be made. I’d love to see this restaurant do well and become a place people look forward to visiting. I’m sharing this because I want to see them succeed, not because I want to discourage anyone from giving them a chance."

The meat Didn't fill in the roles because there wasn't enough so maybe that's why they threw it on top to make it look like more. Either way, I'mannoyed and it just sogged up the bread.
