"Discovered this place when we visited for a long weekend. We ordered veggie pho with added seafood, a couple of bowls wings and tofu rolls. Everything was fresh and well prepared. The meat tasted smoky like it was cooked on a grill and it was well flavored and well cooked. The pho broth was delicious and not at all sweet as can be the case in some pho places. I would absolutely recommend it and would eat here again. The only thing that might bother others was the seafood included Krab but it was fine with me. It also included fish, calamari and shrimp. The Wor Wonton Soup was hot and I was impressed with the amount of wontons in the soup. Fried Noodles/udon are udon with assorted veg (broccoli, green onion, bean sprouts) and your choice of protein. I chose shrimp which came juicy and perfectly cooked (even delivered). only note is that the shrimp seem to be lightly battered and ended up being soggy. this wasn't a problem as the coating was so light, it wasn't noticeable. The portion size was huge too. I almost couldn't finish it.
The sushi items I ordered (Salmon / 6 Pcs , Ika Nigiri / 2 Pcs , Salmon (Atlantic) Nigiri / 2 Pcs ) were all made fresh to order and delicious. you can tell care and attention goes into the sushi as the garnish is not your cookie cutter sushi joint "plastic grass" and iceberg lettuce. There were fresh micro greens, and little cherry tomatoes.

I read several reviews before ordering from Mantu Afghan Persian Cuisine and errors to people's orders was a common complaint. This is something that the restaurant really needs to work on improving."
