"The Double Double Filet-O-Fish® Meal was enjoyable and offered great value. Both the Double Filet-O-Fish and the fries were fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned, making for a satisfying meal. The Filet-O-Fish was easily the standout item, with its crispy coating and tender fish. Like a well-balanced meal where every ingredient complements the next, the sandwich and fries worked together perfectly.
There were, however, a couple of issues. I ordered a Hot Tea but received a cold beverage instead, which was disappointing. While the packaging for all the items was secure and well handled, receiving the correct drink is an important part of the overall experience. Additionally, the wait time around midnight was longer than expected.
On a positive note, the dasher followed my delivery instructions carefully and maintained good communication throughout the delivery process, which I greatly appreciated.
Overall, the meal was affordable, fresh, and well worth the price. I would gladly order again because the Double Filet-O-Fish was excellent. I only hope future orders are prepared more accurately so that every item matches what waed."
"The Double Filet-O-Fish® Meal was a good overall experience. Getting into the meat of the review—or, in this case, the fish—the order arrived hot, accurate, and well packaged, which I appreciated. The dasher also delivered everything while it was still at a good temperature.
The Caramel Latte was served hot as requested and had a pleasant flavor that complemented the meal nicely. The fries were also fresh, hot, and tasty. However, the Double Filet-O-Fish itself did not hit the same way this time. Although it arrived hot, the flavor seemed to be missing something compared with my previous order, when the sandwich was much more flavorful and enjoyable. Consistency is important—like a good recipe, the same ingredients should come together reliably each time.
Another small issue was that napkins and straws were missing from the order. Including these essentials would make the delivery experience more complete.
Overall, the quality, affordability, packaging, and value for money made the meal worthwhile. Most of the food tasted good and arrived hot and fresh. I would order again, but I hope the Double Filet-O-Fish delivers the same great flavor I experienced previously and that all necessary utensils and napkins are included next time."

"I ordered the Breakfast N' Bread Melt and it was the best breakfast sandwich I've had in a loooong time. The bread was crispy, they certainly did not skimp on the bacon, the eggs were cooked perfectly! I will definitely order this again. I also got orange juice with it and they gave me a good amount of that, as well.

"My order was almost two hours late. I called the store and it took almost ten minutes to answer the phone. The person that answered didn't make a bunch of excuses or apologies, it was clear that they simply were busy and didn't have enough drivers to handle all of the orders. They said my order was still there and when I confirmed that my order had just been sitting there, he explained that they don't even fire an order until they know it can be delivered. Made sense to me, I thanked him and asked when to expect my order. It arrived shortly after and everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. There was even a large cookie sitting on top of my order. I've had similar experiences through other pizza locations that could learn a lot from this. They've blamed things that were under their control, made no accommodations to make the situation right, shown attitude, and overall just handled the situation very unprofessionally. The way this was handled will certainly bring me back. Thank you."

"I LOVE this restaurant. I ordered chicken tenders ala carte and a half order of their onion rings(best in town IMHO🙂). Now, the tenders were small SO they gave me about twice as many to make up for those smaller pieces. THAT is one of the reasons I love this restaurant. They want you to get what you paid for so they do whatever they can to make sure you do. AWESOME! Everything was really delicious. Thank you, Falsetta's! 😊

"Nola Salmon & Shrimp was very fresh and tasted great. There was little to no spice. The Salmon was plenty big and comes with two sides. The Ultimate Brownie was sweet and decadent, the warm and chocolate drizzled on the to was divine and the scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side really topped it off! Would definitely order again."
