"Another great Menudo find for our Sunday morning. The menudo was a decent size for the price, the heat was not bad, middle of mild range and the kiddos handled it well. All the garnishes were included on a small scale aside from onions, so make sure you have some at home. The bolillo was amazing and tasted and looked fresh baked and almost artisan. The flavor was great and didn't leave us wanting different. As for the Adobada ,Carnitas and Carne Asada burritos we asked for pico and guac on the side and it came with, so make a call to Ricardo's if you have modified orders. We don't hold that against them because we love them both ways! Absolutely great size of burrito, meat proportions are larger than most and garnishes don't over power. "I didn't get a picture because the food was so damn good I forgot to take a pic for the review. The tortilla was perfect, not too dry and not excessively soggy or greasy. The cheese had the excellent combination of flavor, smell and texture. The carne asada was a little salty but perfectly cooked. The salsa, sour cream and guacamole really helped tie it all together into the best quesadilla I've ordered since I moved here over a decade ago.
