"I'm a HUGE Philly Cheesesteak fan and I have tried cheesesteaks from every restaurant around here that sells them. I'm always disappointed when I get them from other places and end up making them myself. BUT...The Philly Cheesesteak sandwich's they make are better than anywhere else in the Austin/CedarPark/Leander area. I love that they give you the option to customize your sandwich anyway you like it and if you have any questions you can call them up and they will clarify any confusion or concerns. The sandwich are always juicy, and full of flavor. One thing I have noticed about EVERY cheesesteak sandwich I have ever ordered is they aren't heavily seasoned, if seasoned at all. You can add salt and pepper as an option ON the sandwich or get it OTS if you want it. I'm a salty girl, and I'd rather add seasonings myself after I get it rather than ask for it on the sandwich and then not have enough or too much. I use Lawry's Season salt or Hooter's season salt (which has black pepper in it) to the 1/2" slices after I get the sandwich. I also order my sandwich with extra meat and extra cheese when I order it, and the large sandwich takes me several meals to finish it as I can't eat more than 3 slices at one time, and wrap up tight and don't cut up the entire sandwich all at once so I don't risk drying the sandwich out but cutting it all up at once, and I seal in a ziplock bag to preserve the soft bread. If you order a PhillyCheesesteak sandwich from anywhere else you will NOT find anything close to how good this one is. The photos are try to show how big the sand is compared to the largest knife I have, and also to show you what extra meat/extra cheese looks like. I have never ordered the sandwich regular without extra meat/extra cheese so I don't have any pics of what the sandwich looks like without extra meat/extra cheese, but goodness, why wouldn't you want more of this beefy, cheesy goodness on your sandwich? Order the smaller sandwich if you can't keep leftovers or like to eat more bread. This place is a Foodtruck, which makes how good it is that much better. Yum!!"

I wanted to taste the Secret Recipe Fries since I had never had them before knowing how hard they are to keep warm, I was willing to stick them in my air fryer to reheat, and I ordered extra gravy and mashed potatoes to dip them in. I norm prefer white meat over dark meat with chicken, however KFC does a great job with their dark meat original recipe chicken, and I prefer the dark meat on the original recipe chicken over white meat, as the white meat tends to be drier than dark meat (with the exception of original recipe chicken wings). I have always been a fan of KFC original recipe chicken, pot pies, and sides, but compared to other fast food restaurants I find KFC to be very expensive. My order was $77 before DD fees and tax/tip. I will definitely order this again in the near future, and when I reheat the chicken in the microwave I make sure to heat it on 50% power for a longer period of time and I put the chicken in a ziplock FREEZER bag or use 2 regular ziplock bags inside of each other to prevent the bag from breaking open in the microwave and leaving the chicken on the glass and the bag melted) to keep the steam in the bag and keep the chicken warm throughout.
