"I have ordered this salad several times with extra spicy grilled chicken and it usually comes with clearly two portions of chicken however, the last two times, I have received only one portion and they gladly kept the extra 6 dollars each time. In fact, it was such a large salad, I would ask for lettuce too be removed to which I was totally told they would not do that, so I had to in order to have enough room for the dressing and to mix it and now, I'm not even getting what I actually paid for. I will not be returning to this chain if this is the kind of deceitfulness I can expect and I won't recommend it either. "I've ordered this Pancake Creations Family feast with Sausage several times from a different iHop location where I used to live. This order came from the iHop at 119th & Metcalf, which is about 4 blocks from where I live. It was the BEST prepared one I've had! The Scrambled eggs were perfect for me; scrambled in a skillet or on the grill and not ending up as a big yellow blob of eggs. The Hash Browns were perfectly browned and presented with waxed(?) paper to divide each portion. The sausages were delicious and the pancakes divine. Thank you for not forgetting the Strawberry & Blueberry topping, which has happened before from another iHop location. It's the little things not being forgotten that makes the difference.
