The consistency of the tacos was perfect, they didn't get soft, which sometimes happens with crispy tacos. I loved the green salsa that comes on the side too. I only have a suggestion on the carne asada fries: I would add pico, jalapenos, or cilantro and onions, I feel like they're missing something else to make them better, but they're good just as they're served.
