There was just me and one other customer who ordered after me. It seemed like they were having trouble opening a can of cranberry sauce. The worst part? "You can tell immediately the quality of the food is excellent. I'm really glad this place is in Lowell. My Mango Lassi was great and the crinkle-cut fries were delicious which is very rare for crinkle cut (they can sometimes taste really mealy and gritty, but not these!). The only thing was that I was expecting more flavor from the lamb gyro. I'm assuming the "white sauce" is supposed to be tzatziki, but then that sauce should have more bold flavor with salt, lemon, cucumber, garlic, etc. I want to stress that the gyro was still VERY GOOD. When I bit into the gyro it immediately reminded me of the gyro aroma and flavor. I just wanted the sauce to have that bold tzatziki flavor and not just taste like sour cream or something. I will definitely give it another try because I know even excellent quality can be a bit bland if one ingredient got missed or wasn't included enough."

The first thing being consistency. I ordered almost identical salads yesterday and today and what I got each time was very different. Yesterday the bowl was so full the lid could barely fit on and today its hall empty. yesterday the bacon was cut into bite sized pieces, today its just two full strips thrown on top. The amounts of each item added to the salad are very different as well. The second thing is how we are able to build a salad on doordash. I understand not allowing all kinds of alterations, but I should be able to say I want double sweet potatoes or extra feta. And lastly, get some regular croutons. I think its lovely that you offer a gluten free crouton, but I'm not gluten intolerant and I want the real ones. Regardless I will order again because the quality is very good."
