I have a strict 3 strike rule no matter how much I love the restaurant and Zaxby's is in my top 3 faves. It pains me to say it but that's strike #1 for that location. Hopefully, I won't have to give up my favorite nearby fast food restaurant here in London. Management needs to conduct some individual training if that's what is required to improve quality of food and service."

The side salad was a joke, we laughed, the dressing container was larger than the lettuce. The side of French fries (which was $6.99) was about a 15 count of moist potato sticks. 0/10 wouldn't recommend."
