Their baby back ribs barely have any meat on them, and what is there is very tough. The brisket is kind of dry and they didn't put nearly enough sauce on either of the meats for my preference. Mac and cheese is one of my all time favorite foods and theirs is undersalted and has CORN in it, which feels like a crime against flavor ): they get 2/5 stars because the cornbread muffins are perfection and the potato salad has thinly sliced onions that really kick the flavor of the dish up a notch. Overall the food was incredibly overpriced for the lack of flavor delivered.
They are also very obviously using ai chat bots to reply to all their reviews and that just screams lazy customer service to me. 10th street bbq so far has the best bbq in Long beach but just make sure to double and triple check your orders"

My husband prefers a sauce with spice and vinegar, but this sweet sauce was tasty.
The Sliders were great, about twice the size I expected. We had brisket and pork. The cornbread was sweet and moist, but a little too soft, almost like it was underbaked. The baked beans were excellent.
We ordered three desserts. The Aunt Cheryl's Peach Cobbler was not to our liking, as it didn't have much flavor. The Homemade Bread Pudding tasted great, but was very soggy and wet. The Butter Toffee Cake was fantastic, and we will get it again next time.

The crust was a flavorless blob and the peaches very hard. $10 is steep for such a small container, unless it is bowl licking good.
