"It was okay. Has a different flavor than the expected "Benihana" taste. My daughter described the taste as something from Trader Joes. I definitely prefer the OTHER local hibachi food truck that keeps changing it's name over this one.
The other truck is more expensive making the Hibachi Queens a more affordable option. If you just want some hibachi, this will do. If you want GOOD hibachi get it from BeniHibachi... BestHibachi... BeHibachi or whoever they go by currently.
For reference I ordered the Filet Mignon & Chicken with Shrimp fried rice cooked in extra garlic butter.
It was a bit on the dry side and the shrimp was just slightly overcooked by the time I made it home 5 minutes away, so I topped it with yum yum sauce, spicy teriyaki sauce liquid aminos to take it up a notch."
