During our meal we almost cried twice. I'm not kidding. Whoever made our food tonight, and whoever's recipes these are, so much love and absolute skill went into everything.
I've loved Kheer since my childhood growing up in DC, and I've never had it quite like this. It was the best I've ever had as well. EVEN the mint Mint Chutney was the best I've ever had. I used a spoon to finish it as well!

"The Tandori chicken was meh (cooked beautifully, the flavor palette just didn't vibe with me), but everything else I've ever gotten has always been superb. One of the only places that consistently serve the best quality of food every.single.time- it's never a hit or miss with them, it's always a homerun! Their garlic naan has left me with such high standards- I'll probably never enjoy it anywhere else now. Their customer service - always kind and welcoming, in that authentic way that you know their humble and happy to have you there.

General Tso's Chicken was also bland. It should be sweet, spicy, savory, and tangy, but is as mostly just sweet. the breading in the chicken was not crispy. it was a weird pasty texture. the General Tso's Chicken pieces were also huge. It would be better if they were cut into bite size pieces. Smaller pieces would probably be crispier too.

The only thing that gave it flavor was the Katsu sauce, and when that ran out (they didn't give even close to enough) it was just really rough and tasteless chicken that was not enjoyable to try to finish eating, felt like I had to force it down just to finish it. The Kalua Pork with Cabbage tasted very over salted, and was missing any kind of sauce. the BBQ Chicken had two small pieces of chicken on it, about one inch long and was otherwise just 95+% large soggy clump of rice. Pretty expensive clump of disappointment. "
