"Always love this place as well as the other Holder's establishments. This trip was the CALIFORNIA OMELET and side of pancakes. Omelets here are always the right density; fluffy enough to feel light, but dense enough to feel hearty. Pancakes are the best buttermilk pancakes in the south bay. I can't remember having rings this good; definitely does NOT come out of a 10 pound freezer bag.
