The rice was kinda dry but I put it ok n the stove and added some chicken broth andvthstvwasvwhat it need. Rice is the culprit of soaking up the liquid before you get it. The packaging was the BEST. "The portions are excellent for the price! The best #4 Shrimp Katsu (5PC) I've ever had it was wonderfully crispy, I really liked the sauce it came with, the #1 Gyoza (6PC) is also flavorful and crispy! I haven't had fried tofu before so I got the #16 Teriyaki Tofu Platter and I would definitely order it again, I do wish there was a bit more sauce though, the fried rice itself was good made jusssst right. Can't go wrong with a staple miso soup from here either it's delish, I think this is the best miso soup I've had in Lubbock!! The crispy honey buns are definitely crispy lol, they remind me of a sopaipilla but instead of hollow they're fluffy, the honey they come with is really good! 10000/10 for the gyu don it's really flavorful and the rice soaks up all the tasty juices!!! The teriyaki shrimp is also very good, wish there was a bit more sauce again, I'm a big fan of the marinated soft boiled eggs though!! The vegetable tonkosu is just as good as everything else, the noodles are the perfect texture, all of the veggies are super fresh and crisp and the broth has great flavor! The rice in every dish has a consistent texture and it's made just right! Overall, everything was super good and I'll definitely be coming back!
