Eat them same day! It's hard to find a sweet large dinner roll like this! Some of the sauces leaked out of the packaging.
I was pretty sure the fried roll with the meal was pork only (I purposely clicked the description or I would have opted out) but turns out it had shrimp in it! Thankfully I don't have an allergy but I recommend cutting into your roll first and confirming there isn't any shrimp if you have a seafood allergy.

"As always, my food from Lotus Pond was the BEST! No one can beat their WonTon soup. The wontons in the soup are nicely filled and cooked perfectly. They do not taste like breakfast sausage as many others do, and the wonton skins are not falling apart. Love their big fluffy dinner rolls! Their egg Egg Rolls are nice and crisp and you can see the shrimp inside, not just the bean sprouts. The vegetable Egg Foo Egg Foo Young Dinner is SO good! The dinner gives you 3 huge patties with a good variety of veggies. The Gravy for the patties is addictive. I always order extra to put over the rice that comes with it. The General Tso's Chicken Deep Fried(Breaded) was a first time order for me and I loved it! The chicken was cut in nice bite sized pieces and the flavor of the sauce was fantastic, I also liked the pieces of scallions included with the chicken! The order was abundant and there was plenty for the two of us plus enough for lunch the next day. we will be ordering it again. Our order came with plenty of condiments, plum sauce, soy sauce, and Hot Mustard . Of course we had to get Fortune Cookies for dessert! i know this is a delivery order, but I do have to mention just how much we miss being able to dine in at Lotus Pond. I confess that if they were open for dining in, I would be eating there at least twice a week like I used to. Nonetheless, if you want outstanding food, choose Lotus Pond!"
"The shrimp were larger than I expected and I was pleasantly surprised to find more vegetables than were pictured. Besides the snap peas there was celery, mushrooms and water chestnuts. The eggroll was tasty, but I did not receive plum sauce. Guess I should have asked for it. "

"I have been a customer here since 1986. I love this food. They had some transition changes for a little while but they're back stronger than ever. Always enough for leftovers. The lobster fried rice gets a chefs kiss because it's the tail meat."

"My office co-workers and I ordered a ton from here. The Yang Chow, Shrimp and Chicken Fried Rice dishes were spectacular. Really well made and nice portions.
I couldn't tell by the photo, but the Cantonese Style Vegetarian Stir-Fried Noodles were not the type of noodle I wanted, BUT it was still really delicious.
The Steamed AND Pan Fried (yes, we got both) were so flavorful.
While the delivery took longer than I'd like (DoorDash), everything tasted amazing and the driver was pleasant. We will DEF be ordering from this place again soon.

"Tasty. Nice and prevalent 鑊气 "Wok Hei." If you're used to American Chinese food, then know that this will be much different; it's not a particularly crispy dish and the flavor profile is quite traditional. Expect it to be very heavy on the msg. I was pleased at the inclusion of Sichuan peppercorns, which add an upfront and unique dimension to this dish. The aromatics were a little overdone, but I can excuse that. The Wok Hei alone is evidence that this establishment employs highly skilled chefs. Overall, it's a diverse assortment of quality spices and flavors (some imported) which justifies the price. I wish it had more heat, but that's just my taste lol. Comes with rice."
