I think it's because of the unlisted condiments that come in separate containers, that at first I thought were for the Sweet Potato Fries but once I dug in theTofu Saltado I knew it was for that (if it isnt, it's a delicious mistake) -this food is so good!!!! except for the regular fries that's part of the Tofu Saltado, I'd swap those for a different side like the Sweet Potato Fries but the app doesn't allow that, the regular fries are generic. but the Tofu Saltado itself, so good! Fresh vibrant vegetables, fluffy tofu, the flavors, and best way I can describe the rice: friendly. it wasnt cold, it was welcoming. I want others to try this food.
