"I remember the original Johnson fish Market. I was skeptical, but a few of my friends said they were good. So I decided to try them. I was very disappointed. 1) The Fish Sandwich , was a little too salty, they put the tarter sauce on the sandwich, with tomatoes, and a sesame seed bun. problem, I don't eat seeds, tomatoes, I would have preferred to put on my own tartar sauce.
2) Lima Bean , I'm a soup lover and I really wanted to try the soup. Another let down, they did not say what was in the soup. Pork neck bones, and the taste was weird, so I poured the soup in my pot and added chicken bullion and let it cook a little more, no it still tasted weird, I ended throwing it out.
3) Hush Puppies (7 Pieces) , I love hushpuppies, the hushpuppies wasn't right, again very disappointing. They tasted more like cornbread, no taste of onions, they weren't crispy
4) The Peach Cobbler, it wasn't homemade, so after all the disappointments, I put it in my refrigerator.

"Very Disappointing Experience – Inconsistent Food Quality
I’ve ordered this dish before, and the first time I visited this restaurant, I absolutely loved it. Unfortunately, today’s experience was extremely disappointing.
After waiting over two hours for my food, I expected at least the same quality and flavor that made me want to order this dish again. Instead, everything was completely different.
The chicken had an unpleasant smell, almost like spoiled milk, and was extremely bland. It lacked seasoning, flavor, and the signature preparation that originally made this dish so delicious. Even the basil, which is part of the dish’s usual flavor, was missing. The chicken tasted nothing like what I had previously enjoyed.
The mofongo was also disappointing. It was overly soft and lacked the crispy texture I expected. It seemed as though it had been fried too quickly, without enough time to develop the proper consistency. On top of that, there was barely any sauce, leaving the entire dish extremely dry.
My biggest concern is the lack of consistency in the food quality. When customers return to a restaurant and order something they previously enjoyed, they expect the same level of preparation, flavor, and quality.
Waiting more than two hours for a meal that was poorly seasoned, improperly prepared, and completely different from previous visits is unacceptable.
I genuinely enjoyed this restaurant during my first visit, which makes today’s experience even more disappointing. I hope management addresses these inconsistencies because consistency is essential to maintaining customer satisfaction and trust."
