It was wonderful! As guilty as I feel eating veal parmigiana, it's my favorite meal. I'm originally from a big Italian family in New Jersey and I know good veal. I have to admit it was hands down, the best veal parmigiana I've ever eaten.
It was a very excellent cut. I can't wait to try it again! I am fighting with myself not to call Door Dash and have it for my Mother's Day dinner. "
