"Got the Fried Catfish Combo with the candied yams, Mac n cheese and greens. Food arrived hot. Catfish was perfectly fried, crunchy cornmeal coating and well seasoned. Generous portion. Candied yams were sweet and tasty. Collard greens were good too. Not mine but good ;). I added my Louisiana hot sauce and it was on! Mac n cheese was tasty -- had real cheese and nice flavor. The sides were in 8oz containers. I also got 4 mini cornbread muffins with honey butter. Overall, a splendid meal that gave me what I was looking for. And I have enough left over for a healthy snack tomorrow. Will definitely order again."
"The Braised Short Ribs Combo were overcooked/dry texture despite being covered in gravy. The Mac n chz was meh and we never got the yams. The red beans and rice was decent. Also very small portions size for the price. The Cornbread Dressing was very good, so was the Extra side of cornbread w/ Magic Butter I really had to fill up on that since the rest was so disappointing. Greens & Smoked Turkey were way too vinegary."
